Built on Craft.
Defined by Detail.

For more than two decades, Rodrigo Manerba has built his work around a deep understanding of wood, finish, and craftsmanship.

As founder of TW Floors, Rodrigo remains personally involved in the projects the company takes on — from evaluating the existing floor and selecting materials to developing custom colors, finishes, and installation details specific to each space.

TW Floors specializes in custom hardwood flooring for thoughtfully designed homes throughout Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. Our work includes wide-plank and specialty installations, custom staining and finishing, intricate patterns, stair refinishing and custom finishing, restoration, refinishing, and challenging existing floors that require more than a standard approach.

Rather than working from a fixed selection of finishes, we often develop custom samples directly on the wood and within the environment where the floor will live, considering the species, natural variation, architecture, lighting, and surrounding materials. The goal is not simply to match a color, but to create a finish that belongs to the home.

We collaborate closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders, bringing the same level of attention to the details that are highly visible and those that may never be noticed.

Because exceptional flooring is not defined by one element alone.

It is the material, the finish, the installation, and the craftsmanship behind all of it.
